Ann, a native of Massachusetts, semi-retired to the Hammock on the Barrier Island in Palm Coast, FL in 2008. Along with her husband, Bob, she obtained her Broker’s license and opened a boutique real estate company with Bob in the Hammock. Ann’s past associates and clients will all agree that her strengths are honesty, integrity, knowledge of the high-end housing market from ground clearing through resale and her ability to understand and communicate the myriad essential details and process involved in the construction and sale of high-end residential real estate. Prior to joining the Engel and Völkers team, Ann was associated with One Sotheby’s International Realty, as a Global Real Estate Advisor and a member of the The Bagdon Team. She was a member of Sotheby’s esteemed International Executive Club as a Top Producer. Ann graduated Magna Cum Laude from Northeastern University, Boston, MA with a Major in Business Administration and minors in both Finance and Marketing. She currently resides with Bob and their Springer Spaniel, Luke, in the Hammock Dunes community of Island Estates in Palm Coast.
